What is the Message?

May: subluxed right shoulder.
June: torn right gluteus medius
with six to eight-week recovery.

These are not the first
corporeal and energetic
signs of being super bendy
and overextended.

It is time to replace
effort with ease,
effort with receptivity.


Rest, strengthen, stabilize
Outside and inside.

The body as
a vehicle for learning.
